Entry-Level Sales Position – Real Estate Acquisitions (Commission)

Overview

This role is for someone early in their career who wants to learn real sales the right way. You will get real reps, real responsibility, and real opportunity. This is not a cushy entry-level job. It is demanding, but the skills you build here can change your trajectory.

What you will be doing

• Learning how to speak with real estate professionals
• Making outbound calls and texts daily
• Following proven scripts and systems
• Learning deal qualification and negotiation fundamentals
• Working closely with sales leadership

• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Open to commission-based pay
• Reliable transportation to our North Scottsdale office

No prior sales experience required. Effort matters more than a resume.

Compensation

• Commission only
• Uncapped earnings
• 60–90 day ramp period is typical
