Entry Level Sales Representative

Holly Lake Consultants, a sales and development firm headquartered in the Dallas region, is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to bring Frontier's internet and TV solutions to our customers. As Verizon and Frontier join forces, customers are gaining expanded fiber access and new bundle options, a powerful message to share during in-person sales consultations. Our Entry Level Sales Representatives will learn everything necessary to explain new options and provide excellent customer service.

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll receive sales and product training on Frontier services, build trust through every interaction, and ensure each customer is valued and informed. The Entry Level Sales Representative will work with our customers in person, sharing information about Frontier Fiber and entertainment offerings, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process.

Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Representative

• Act as a brand advocate in person by starting casual sales conversations about our high-quality televisions and home web plans.
• Position our home Internet and television bundles as the clear answer to the frustrating freezing, weather drops, and unexpected price hikes of local satellite options.
• Deliver real-time, interactive previews of our modern television apps to show customers how quickly their favorite movies and shows will load.
• Learn new client product and service information through Entry Level Sales Representative meetings and training.
• Spot opportunities to enhance a customer's home setup, such as introducing whole-house wireless coverage or premium multi-room viewing layers.
• Build a strong baseline of customer trust by serving as our customers’ point of contact from that first greeting through activation.
• Excel as an Entry Level Sales Representative by achieving sales targets while providing excellent support for Frontier Internet and TV services.
