We are seeking driven, self-motivated Community Solar Sales Representatives who are ready to earn high commissions while helping customers reduce their energy bills and support renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads
• Educate customers on how Community Solar works
• Explain the financial benefits and savings on electric bills
• Enroll customers into approved Community Solar programs
• Guide customers through the simple signup process
• Track sales activities and maintain customer relationships
• Work in assigned territories, events, or door-to-door campaigns

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (solar, telecom, D2D, retail, or in-home sales is a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-starter with a competitive mindset
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation Details

This is a performance-based role with commission and bonuses.
First-year earnings typically range from $80,000 to $150,000+, depending on production.

Top performers can earn significantly more.
