Entry-Level Sales Representative / Customer Relations – Roofing & Exterior Remodeling

StormCare Roofing Inc. is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and coachable Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We are not necessarily looking for someone with years of roofing sales experience. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, learns quickly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build trust with people.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, appointment setting, or any people-focused position who wants to grow into a high-income sales career.

At StormCare Roofing, we can teach roofing. What we need is someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and people skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners and introduce our services
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers
• Build trust and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
• Learn StormCare’s sales process, products, and service standards
• Help generate opportunities through canvassing, referrals, and company leads
• Set appointments and assist with keeping the pipeline organized
• Represent the company in a professional and friendly way
• Work closely with our team to help customers with roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior projects

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be comfortable working both in the field and with customers directly
• Weekend availability may be needed at times
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Some evenings and occasional weekends as needed

Compensation:
Compensation will depend on experience and may include hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses.
