247 Home Remodeling is a fast-growing local company, and we’re building a sales team from the ground up. We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to learn, grow, and make real money.

No sales experience is required—but this is not for everyone.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners at their homes (we provide appointments)
• Learn and follow a proven sales process
• Build rapport and present solutions
• Help customers make decisions on their home improvement projects

This is a field-based role working throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area—not an office position.

Compensation

• Commission-based
• Typical first-year reps: $75,000+
• Top performers: $100,000–$150,000+

This is a performance-based role with no cap on earnings.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Availability for evenings and some weekends
