Entry Level Sales Team Member

Crescendo is expanding and hiring Entry Level Sales Team Members to support growing demand for wireless, fiber internet, and telecommunications services in the local area. This is a full-time, in-person sales role where you will work directly with customers and represent well-known telecom services.

As an Entry Level Sales Team Member, you will engage in direct, face-to-face sales with customers in assigned territories. You will introduce wireless and fiber internet services, explain available options, and guide customers through the full sales and account setup process. This role focuses on customer acquisition, sales, and providing a clear and positive customer experience.

This is a W-2 employee position. This is not an independent contractor role, business opportunity, or multi-level marketing position.

Entry Level Sales Team Member Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers in person to present wireless, fiber internet, and telecommunications services
  • Engage in face-to-face customer acquisition and sales conversations in assigned local areas
  • Explain service options, pricing, and promotions in a clear and accurate way
  • Guide customers through the sales process, account setup, and service activation
  • Provide strong customer service while recommending appropriate service solutions
  • Answer customer questions and handle basic service-related inquiries
  • Track sales activity, customer interactions, and account details accurately
  • Work toward daily and weekly sales goals in a performance-driven environment

Work Environment

  • Full-time, in-person role (not remote)
  • Field-based position involving direct customer outreach

Compensation

This position offers weekly pay with performance-based commission incentives. Earnings are based on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
