As an Entry Level Sales Trainee, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador inside retail environments, engaging with customers face-to-face to understand their needs and help them find the right solutions. Entry Level Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

  • Representing leading telecommunications products inside major retail locations
  • Engaging with customers face-to-face to assess needs and present customized solutions
  • Learning and executing proven sales strategies to increase conversions and meet performance goals
  • Building strong relationships with both retail partners and customers to drive brand loyalty
  • Supporting customer onboarding and answering questions to ensure a seamless experience
  • Gathering feedback and insights to help improve marketing and sales efforts
  • Working closely with team leaders to track goals, share best practices, and grow professionally

Entry Level Sales Trainee Requirements:

  • Speak confidently with a variety of people, actively listen, and adjust your message to connect meaningfully with customers and team members.
  • Make customers feel heard, understood, and valued while introducing products or resolving concerns, you create positive experiences that lead to lasting relationships.
  • Take initiative without needing to be told, seek out opportunities to grow, and welcome feedback as a tool for constant improvement.
  • Show up with purpose, stay organized, and strive to meet or exceed both personal and team targets.
  • The ability to adapt in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment
  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus—but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,150.00 per week

Work Location: In person
