**This is not a seasonal or temporary role.** This position is designed as an entry point into Pinnacle, where high performers can develop real sales experience and grow into full-time roles across our organization.

Schedule & Expectations
- Part-time schedule of 30 hours per week
- Consistent weekly availability is required
- Typical shifts run from late afternoon into early evening
- Must be able to attend paid training during your first week from 11am to 5pm
- Must be at least 18 years old
- This role requires consistency and commitment and is not designed for fluctuating school schedules or short-term availability.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods and generate interest in our services
- Set qualified appointments for our in-home sales team
- Represent the Pinnacle brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity
- Work outdoors and in the field, building confidence and communication skills daily
