Schedule & Expectations
Part-time schedule of 30 hours per week
Consistent weekly availability is required
Typical shifts run from late afternoon into early evening
Must be able to attend paid training during your first week from 11am to 5pm
Must be at least 18 years old
This role requires consistency and commitment and is not designed for fluctuating school schedules or short-term availability.
What You’ll Do
Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods and generate interest in our services
Set qualified appointments for our in-home sales team
Represent the Pinnacle brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity
Work outdoors and in the field, building confidence and communication skills daily

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
