Entry Level Scrubber Maintenance Technician - Day Shift

Work Schedule:

• The schedule for this role is Mon-Fri (8 AM-5 PM).

Role and Responsibilities

• Our technicians are responsible for maintaining and improving gas abatement scrubbers at the Samsung Taylor Semiconductor site.
• The responsibility of our shift technicians is to maintain and serve high-quality repairs to the equipment following a monthly scheduled maintenance tracker.
• A strong focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail when following procedures is crucial to success in this position.
• You will be working in a cleanroom environment with necessary PPEs.
• Work with other technicians and engineers to complete periodic inspections and mechanical work on gas abatement scrubbers.

Some of the types of work that will be performed are as follows:

• Performing detail-oriented mechanical work while following a SOP/ Standard Operation Procedures.
• Removing Parts and utilizing critical thinking skills to correctly service and replace components. utilizing problem solving techniques to determine root cause of common mechanical issues.
• Being able to perform preventative maintenance in a timely manner, and while in compliance with onsite Safety Procedures and Instructions given by onsite leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

• Prefer but do not require some related experience: maintenance, mechanical, electrical, semiconductor, etc...
• Employees will receive basic company mechanical training on site
• OSHA training is provided upon employment
• Facial hair around where respirator mask seals around the face is strictly prohibited. You must be clean shaven every day
• Must be able to work in smocks or tyvek suits and be comfortable with multiple PPEs while working
• You must be comfortable with kneeling, lifting and pushing an average of 40lbs multiple times a day.
• Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment

• Punctual when scheduled to work
• Must be reachable on off days for questions relating to work performed
• Positive Attitude and good work ethic
• Able to comply with assigned work and instructions.
• Must be comfortable with working under supervision and having the integrity to work alone.
• Can pass a background check
• Can pass a drug test
• Candidates available for both day and night shifts are a plus.
