Work Schedule:
Rotating schedule — 4 days on, 4 days off.
12-Hour Shifts:- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
or
- 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Employees work four 12-hour shifts, followed by four days off, then return for the next rotation.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in electronics manufacturing or transitioning into SMT production. You will be trained to operate and maintain SMT equipment used in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in a high-quality, fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SMT Line Operation & Equipment Support

Assist with operating SMT machinery such as solder printers, chip mounters, reflow ovens, SPI, and AOI systems.

Support machine setup, feeder loading/unloading, and line changeovers under supervision.

Monitor basic machine functions and production flow.
2. Quality Control & Documentation

Perform visual inspections of assembled PCBs to identify common defects.

Follow documented procedures and record production information accurately.

Notify senior operators or supervisors of any issues in quality or equipment.
3. Process Support & Maintenance

Help with basic equipment maintenance and cleaning routines.

Participate in workplace organization (5S) and continuous improvement initiatives.

Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
4. Teamwork & Communication

Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.

Communicate clearly about any process concerns or equipment abnormalities.

Contribute to a respectful, safety-focused, and team-oriented work environment.
Education:
-
High school diploma or GED required.

Technical training or coursework in electronics, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.

Associate degree or vocational certification in electronics is highly desirable.
Experience:

0–2 years of experience in electronics assembly or SMT operation preferred.

Willing to train motivated candidates with strong mechanical or technical aptitude.
Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of PCBs and electronic components.

Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and work orders.

Familiarity with production software or MES systems is a plus but not required.
Language Skills:

English proficiency required (spoken and written).

Biglinual preferred (spanish/english)

Korean language skills are a plus but not necessary.
