Position: Solar Sales Representative (Full-Time)
Pay: $15.50/hour (W-2) + $500 commission per sale + bonuses
Pay Schedule: Weekly

What You’ll Be Doing as a Solar Sales Representative:

• This is a door-to-door sales role – you will be canvassing residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners to qualify interest in switching to solar
• Set qualified appointments for our energy consultants
• One of our energy consultants will return to the home to run the full consultation and close the deal
• Follow up with homeowners and stay involved through the process
• Plug into daily training and leadership development

Performance Standard (First 5 Weeks):

• Our objective is simple: 5 sales in your first 5 weeks
• This is the benchmark our leadership team is held to when training and developing new hires
• We give you the structure, training, and support to hit this quickly
• 5 sales in 5 weeks = $2,500 in commission, on top of your hourly pay
• After ramp, the expectation is consistent monthly production
