Position Overview

As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar energy and help them make informed decisions. This is a flexible, performance-driven opportunity with strong earning potential and hands-on training.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with homeowners to generate new sales opportunities
• Conduct consultations (in-home and/or virtual)
• Educate customers on solar savings, incentives, and financing options
• Manage your pipeline from initial conversation to closed deal
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Training & Support

• Hands-on shadowing with experienced reps
• Access to a structured online training platform
• Ongoing mentorship and team support
• Proven systems to help you ramp up quickly

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday
• Flexible daily schedule within working hours

Compensation

• Average weekly earnings: $1,500 – $3,000+
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance
• Paid weekly
