Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Teachers to join our vibrant educational community. Duties
- Assist in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and special education.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive environment conducive to learning and behavior management.
- Use learning technology tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to track student progress and facilitate interactive lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to reinforce learning objectives and support individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to develop tailored educational strategies for students with autism or other special needs.
- Conduct assessments, including standardized testing preparations, to monitor student achievement and growth.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, Montessori methods, early childhood education, and other instructional techniques.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience or volunteer work working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies is advantageous.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs, including special education or early childhood education backgrounds, is a plus.
- Knowledge of learning technology platforms such as LMS tools and educational software is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues are essential.
- Previous private school or preschool experience can be an asset but is not required; enthusiasm for professional growth is key.
