Entry Level Team Member

Novara Management, a trusted sales and consulting firm in Corpus Christi, is hiring Entry Level Team Member to represent Frontier’s Internet and TV services in-store. The Entry Level Team Member will be engaging customers through in-store sales conversations and using a sales approach to connect customers with Frontier services that match their digital needs. Because at the end of the day, strong sales come from understanding people, not just products.

As a Entry Level Team Member, you'll begin with sales training to master our Internet and TV offerings, because nobody should have to choose between streaming and scrolling. You'll work directly with customers, explaining how our fiber-optic Internet can handle their work, gaming, and binge-watching. The Entry Level Team Member’s sales talent will then convert shoppers into satisfied customers, growing Frontier’s presence one smart recommendation at a time.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member

• Welcome customers into the store with a friendly, approachable attitude and guide them through simple conversations about home internet and TV options.
• Ask easy, everyday questions to understand what customers need and recommend plans that fit their home, lifestyle, and budget.
• Explain features, pricing, and promotions in clear, comfortable language that helps customers feel confident choosing a package.
• Support store sales goals by helping customers move smoothly from browsing to signing up, offering reassurance along the way.
• Maintain a warm, steady presence that builds trust and encourages customers to explore available services.
• Assist with store organization, product displays, and cleanliness to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Team Member

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
• Dependable with good time‑management skills to support daily store operations.
• Open to learning simple sales techniques that help customers make confident decisions.
• Comfortable learning product details and explaining them without technical jargon.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
