Entry Level Team Member

We are a growing marketing and sales firm representing AT&T, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Team Member. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, grow professionally, and build a strong foundation in sales, customer service, and communication.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you will work directly with residential customers in local neighborhoods, helping them learn about AT&T products and services while delivering a positive customer experience. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with residential customers face-to-face in assigned territories
• Educate customers on AT&T home internet, wireless, and entertainment services
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
• Learn and apply effective sales and customer service techniques
• Represent AT&T with professionalism and integrity
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a residential, in-person environment
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation preferred
