Entry Level Team Member

At Aventis Consulting, we work directly with customers to promote telecommunications and fiber internet services through in-person customer engagement and sales support. Our team focuses on customer acquisition, account support, and brand representation while helping customers find services that fit their household or business needs.

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Team Member for a full-time, in-person role supporting customer engagement, sales outreach, and lead generation efforts related to Quantum Fiber products and services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and building experience in sales, customer service, and business development.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you will interact directly with customers in assigned local territories, explain available fiber internet and telecommunications services, answer questions, and support new customer enrollments and account setup. This is not a remote position and requires daily in-person customer interaction.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member

• Meet directly with customers to explain fiber internet and telecommunications service options
• Generate leads and engage with prospective customers in assigned territories
• Support customer enrollments, account setup, and service-related questions
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records using CRM systems
• Work alongside team members to support customer acquisition and sales goals
• Conduct basic market and territory research to identify customer opportunities
• Assist with promotional outreach and local customer engagement initiatives
• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales and enrollment process

Requirements for the Entry Level Team Member

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing, in-person environment
• Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn sales, customer service, and business development skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or communications is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
