We are a fast-growing designer services company specializing in intake/receiving, storage, and white glove delivery for interior design firms throughout the area. Our team plays a vital role in helping designers bring their visions to life by ensuring that furnishings and decor are handled with care from warehouse to final install.

Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable, hard-working entry-level team members to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role that involves physical labor, attention to detail, and teamwork. Successful candidates will support our daily operations including receiving, organizing, and preparing high-end furniture and decor items, as well as assisting with white glove deliveries to residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming items for damage or discrepancies

Help with inventory management and organizing products in the warehouse

Prepare items for delivery, including wrapping and protecting high-value pieces

Work on-site during deliveries and installations to place items according to client direction

Safely load and unload trucks

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Follow company protocols for handling designer items with precision and care

Collaborate closely with team leads and coworkers to complete jobs efficiently

Requirements:

Prior experience in moving, general labor, warehouse work, or a related field preferred

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs

Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, respectful attitude

Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow direction

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to adapt to different work sites and changing priorities

• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients

Valid Drivers License
