WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of our B2B Outside Sales Team, you'll:
- Lead the charge in new client acquisition with small to medium-sized business owners and self-employed professionals in your community.
- Become proficient at prospecting, appointment-setting, follow up, closing the sale, and earning referrals.
- Schedule and manage enrollments for businesses and their employees.
- Grow your client base, transitioning to a repeat and referral-driven business.
- Leverage our proprietary CRM to streamline your daily prospecting and follow-up activities.
COMPENSATION
- Average first-year earnings are just over $80,000/year
- Top rookies earn between $100,000-200,000 in year 1, most of whom have no prior sales experience
- Lifetime vested renewals continue to pay you on your entire active book of business, and you're fully vested at your 5 year anniversary
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash incentives
