Entry-Level Transmission Technician (Apprentice)

The Role

Are you mechanically inclined and looking to start a career in the automotive industry? We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Technician to join our specialized transmission rebuild team. This is a beginner position designed for someone who wants to learn the trade from the ground up. You’ll be working alongside experienced rebuilders in a hands-on environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Disassembling units and cleaning parts for inspection.

Organizing specialty tools and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Learning to identify internal component wear and failure points.

Performing basic shop maintenance

Who We’re Looking For:

Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy taking things apart and figuring out how they work. Basic experience with hand tools is required.

Work Ethic: You show up on time, ready to work, and aren't afraid of getting your hands greasy.

Eagerness to Learn: You have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in automotive mechanics.

Physical Ability: You can lift heavy components (up to 50 lbs.) and stay on your feet for much of the day.

Reliability: A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are a must.
