LFN is seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor & Live Show Assistant to join our fast-paced broadcast team. This role includes editing TV programs, producing digital content, and assisting with live show production.

Responsibilities:

• Edit full-length TV programs (55-minute format) and digital content
• Create promos, commercials, social media videos, and broadcast-ready exports
• Write and assist with scripts for shows and promos
• Support live show production (camera operation, switching, playback, transitions)
• Maintain broadcast audio and video quality standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues during editing and live production

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency using Mac computers
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Premiere Pro
• Audition
• After Effects
• Photoshop
• Media Encoder
• Experience working with Blackmagic cameras and switchers
• Understanding of live production workflow and control room environment
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven setting

Broadcast or church media experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
