White Castle Roofing is looking for an Entry-Level Video & Photography Assistant to help tell our story through photos and videos. This is an excellent opportunity for a student, aspiring content creator, photographer, videographer, or marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience creating content that is actually seen and used.

You'll spend time capturing active roofing projects, employee spotlights, company events, educational videos, social media content, and behind-the-scenes footage that helps showcase who we are and what we do.

No professional portfolio required—we're looking for someone who is reliable, creative, eager to learn, and excited to grow their skills.

What You'll Do

• Capture photo and video content at active job sites and company events
• Take before, during, and after project photos
• Record project highlights, interviews, team content, and customer stories
• Film educational and tutorial-style videos
• Gather b-roll footage for marketing and social media campaigns
• Organize and maintain digital photo and video libraries
• Work directly with our Marketing Director to plan and execute content needs
• Travel locally to various job sites and office locations
• Maintain professionalism and safety awareness in active work environments

What We're Looking For

• Interest in photography, videography, content creation, marketing, or media production
• Comfortable using a smartphone, camera, or video equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable interacting with employees, customers, and the public
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

• Photography or videography
• Video editing software
• Social media content creation
• Content organization and file management
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar programs
