What You’ll Do

• Install windows and doors in newly constructed homes
• Work alongside experienced installers and learn on the job
• Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Use tools like drills, levels, and nail guns
• Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA standards
• Show up on time and ready to work each day
• Handle physical tasks including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs

What We’re Looking For
