The Role

Production Team Technicians support output across multiple areas of the shop depending on daily needs.

Departments may include:

• Glue ups and panel staging

• Metal fabrication support

• Finishing and paint prep

• Material movement and staging

• Crating and shipping

• Shop organization and flow

Every team member has a primary lane but must be willing to assist where production requires.

This is a physically active position inside a working shop environment.

Part Time Team Members

Ideal for experienced tradespeople, semi retired individuals, or those seeking flexible but consistent hours while contributing to meaningful work.

Full Time Team Members

Ideal for individuals looking to build long term skills in production and grow within a structured company.
