Entry Level - Work From Home

  • Provide guidance on enrollment materials and confirm eligibility
  • Answer questions and provide clear explanations of available coverage options
  • Conduct brief virtual meetings to review program details
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation
  • Stay informed on updates to programs, services, and procedures through ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a remote, virtual environment
