Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and provide expert advice on environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Phase I ESAs in accordance with ASTM E1527 standards.
• Review historical property records, maps, and regulatory databases.
• Identify potential environmental liabilities and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Communicate findings effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Support environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience performing Phase I ESAs and environmental consulting.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Environmental Professional) are a plus.
