Our community-centered, nature-based preschool on beautiful James Island is seeking a Nature Based Preschool Teacher to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and enjoys guiding children through hands-on exploration in multiple outdoor learning spaces.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging, play-based learning experiences rooted in nature across various locations
• Foster social-emotional growth in a supportive, outdoor environment
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, flexible curriculum for small groups
• Encourage exploration, creativity, and problem-solving in nature
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recent experience in early childhood education (nature-based experience a plus!)

• Flexible availability to move between multiple sites and adapt to changing schedules
