Environmental Engineer (Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee environmental compliance and ensure adherence to Ashghal and Qatar regulatory standards.
• Prepare environmental reports, assessments, and documentation for infrastructure and civil projects.
• Monitor environmental performance during construction and operational phases.
• Develop and implement environmental management plans (EMP).
• Coordinate with Ashghal, consultants, and contractors regarding environmental issues.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to minimize environmental impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in environmental engineering, with at least 2–3 years on Ashghal projects.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local environmental laws.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards and environmental management systems.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Available to join immediately or within short notice (preferred).

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
