MRBraz & Associates, LLC is an integrated industrial platform operating across refrigeration, manufacturing, commercial construction, and national service operations under the VWMB, Castex, and InterCool USA brands. The company is expanding its governance infrastructure and operating discipline to support sustainable growth and acquisition integration. This investment in our infrastructure formalizes Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) as an enterprise governance function aligned to operating scale and long-term growth.
The Director, EHS will design and deploy a unified operating framework across eight locations and a nationwide workforce spanning manufacturing, construction/installation, and service operations.
