Environmental Management & Research Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Management & Research Associate to support ongoing and upcoming projects related to sustainability, climate change, and environmental research. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, proposal development, report writing, and field-based environmental data collection/analysis.

This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of nonprofit advocacy and sustainability consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in environmental research, data collection, and analysis related to sustainability, climate change, waste, or water management.
• Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals, project reports, and documentation.
• Contribute to awareness campaigns, outreach activities, and environmental education initiatives.
• Coordinate with field teams, partner organizations, and stakeholders.
• Support in project monitoring, reporting, and digital documentation (Google Workspace, Monday.com).
• Conduct literature reviews and assist in preparing knowledge products, such as blogs or case studies.
• Maintain organized records of environmental and sustainability-related projects and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Climate Change, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of professional or internship experience (fresh graduates with strong interest encouraged to apply).
• Strong writing and communication skills (English and Urdu).
• Familiarity with sustainability concepts, SDGs, and environmental policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Marketing and social media management skill is desired.
