About The Role

We’re looking for environmental management professionals to help improve AI systems trained on sustainability, land-use planning, and environmental decision-making.

• Compensation: $30-55 /hour

What You’ll Do

• Review environmental management scenarios and analyses used in AI training.
• Evaluate reasoning related to sustainability, impact mitigation, and resource planning.
• Identify gaps between theory and real-world environmental practice.
• Provide structured feedback to improve clarity and applicability.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
  
  

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in environmental management or conservation roles.
• Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and environmental planning.
• Able to critically assess written environmental analyses.
• Comfortable providing detailed, structured feedback.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in Environmental Management or related field.
• Experience with environmental policy or regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows.
