Who We’re Looking For
CREtelligent is seeking an Environmental Project Director. The role will help us to expand our commercial environmental investigation, and project management team. This position will be travelling to various job sites across the country working closely with our Environmental Professional (EP) team to conduct various environmental due diligence assessments focused on commercial real estate.

As a CREtelligent team member, you will work in partnership with our proprietary platform RADIUS and engage with our clients in offering a comprehensive suite of environmental risk assessment products and services nationwide.

How You’ll Make an Impact
You will be responsible for collection, documentation, analysis and reporting of field data, field sampling, report writing, task management, and general field project support as needed.
This position will be a mix of office and fieldwork.
Execute projects to meet technical, quality, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills; both internally and client facing.
Lead with CRE due diligence expertise
Assess disparate data components to create client end products
Render final assessment and provide opinion as an environmental professional
Operate as a self-starter who is resourceful, and displays the ability to work productively on multiple projects at a time under strict deadlines
Serve as a key member of the environmental group with the ability to step in and immediately manage projects

COMPENSATION
Compensation: $100,000 to $200,000 annual earning potential. The more projects delivered, the more you earn!

Qualifications
BA or BS degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, biology, chemistry, physics or mathematics
3-5 years’ experience in CRE Due Diligence (Phase I & II ESAs, TSAs)
Experience with PCAs is a plus
Ability to travel 3+ days a week (via plane/car)
Must live within 60 minutes of a major airport
Professional Geologist (PG) is a plus
Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD compliant ESAs preferred but not required.
Asbestos, lead paint, radon licenses and training a plus
Experience with interpreting and processing field/analytical data.
Experience in technical report writing.
Proficient in MS Office product lines.
Desire to work with a growing professional team.
