Environmental Scientist – Sustainable Materials & Recycling

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Environmental Scientist with strong knowledge of sustainable processes and biodegradable product development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on understanding of how to create biodegradable products using natural materials and possess solid expertise in PVC and plastic (water bottle) recycling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and develop biodegradable and eco-friendly products using natural/raw materials.

Design and improve processes for sustainable manufacturing.

Work on PVC recycling and plastic (PET water bottle) recycling techniques.

Analyze environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Develop innovative solutions for waste reduction and material reuse.

Coordinate with R&D and production teams for product implementation.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in environmental science and sustainability.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of biodegradable materials and natural product formulation.

Practical understanding of PVC recycling and plastic waste management.

Experience in sustainable processes, recycling systems, or green product development.

Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in sustainability, recycling, or biodegradable product development (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
