EPC Tendering Expert – Construction

We are seeking an experienced EPC Tendering Expert with strong exposure to construction EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tendering activities, including preparation, review, and submission of EPC tenders through government portals such as BIMS. The role requires strong technical, commercial, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile complete EPC tender documents including technical, commercial, and contractual submissions
• Handle end-to-end tendering activities from NIT review to final submission
• Upload and submit tenders through the BIMS portal and other e-procurement platforms
• Review tender conditions, eligibility criteria, BOQs, and EPC contract terms
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, finance, and management teams to collect tender inputs
• Prepare pre-bid queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare clarifications
• Ensure timely submission and compliance with tender requirements

Eligibility & Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in EPC construction tendering
• Proven experience in preparing and submitting EPC tenders for infrastructure / building projects
• Hands-on experience with BIMS portal and government e-tendering systems
• Must have own laptop

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of EPC contracts, BOQs, specifications, and tender conditions
• Excellent documentation, drafting, and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and tendering software/tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
