Job Title: Epic Application Analyst Level 1
Location: Remote (New York) – 80% Remote / 20% Onsite

We are seeking an Epic Application Analyst Level 1 to support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide clinical systems. This role involves gathering and translating business and clinical requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.

- Analyze and document business and clinical requirements
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to assess user needs and system gaps
- Develop process flows, data models, and system documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and IT leadership
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; recommend solutions
- Support system design, implementation, and testing activities
- Maintain documentation including test plans, release notes, and training materials
- Facilitate meetings, workgroups, and follow-up activities
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot application issues
- Deliver system training and assist in user adoption
- Support project presentations and reporting
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to training initiatives
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Business/clinical requirements gathering
- Healthcare IT, clinical systems, or application support
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with clinical workflows and healthcare systems
- Experience working with Epic systems/modules
- Healthcare or hospital environment experience
- Experience in application support and troubleshooting
- Ability to conduct training sessions and create user documentation
- Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies
