EPIC PB Analyst - Revenue Operations

Join our dynamic Revenue Operations team as an EPIC PB (Patient Billing) Analyst, where you will be at the forefront of optimizing revenue cycle processes through expert system analysis and data management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills in Epic systems, managed care, and health information management to drive efficiency and accuracy in clinical billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract configuration, optimization, and maintenance within Epic PB to ensure accurate expected reimbursement and reliable net collection reporting.
• Partner closely with operational leaders, RCM, and specialty departments to validate contract terms and resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on PB reimbursement logic, expected payments, and net collection methodology.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues contributing to a poor PB Net Collection Rate—focusing on contract logic, not cash collections.
• Analyze trends, identify variances, and develop actionable recommendations to improve reimbursement accuracy and provider visibility.

Skills

• Extensive experience with Epic systems, particularly in revenue cycle or PB modules.
• Experience as an Epic PB Analyst, preferably with PB Claims, PB Charge Review, or Contract Build exposure.
• Strong understanding of expected reimbursement logic, fee schedules, and payer contract behavior.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative operational environment.
• Epic certification required (PB, PB Claims, or PB Administration).

Experience:

• EPIC PB: 3 years (Preferred)
• EPIC PB Net Collection: 3 years (Preferred)
• EPIC Revenue Cycle Contracts: 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
