EPM specialist

About the Role

As an EPM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise-grade EPM systems such as Board, Anaplan, Tagetik, Pigment, or Cognos. You will collaborate with global clients and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, manage SSO integrations, and ensure seamless data operations across multiple platforms.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 7+ years working with Board / Anaplan / Tagetik / Pigment / Cognos.

Technical Skills: Strong SQL proficiency, Unix/Linux log analysis, SSO implementation, and

enterprise support experience.

Communication: Excellent written and spoken English with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

● Support and manage EPM systems (Board / Anaplan / Tagetik / Pigment / Cognos).

● Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.

● Integrate and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication protocols.

● Perform system log analysis and resolve issues in Unix/Linux environments.

● Collaborate with global clients and cross-functional teams for system enhancement.

● Manage RESTful API integrations and data flows between EPM systems, data

warehouses, and BI tools.

● Configure and maintain application server environments.

● Use tools like Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and Google Workspace for support

and documentation.

Skills & Competencies

● Strong hands-on experience with Board, Anaplan, Tagetik, Pigment, or Cognos.

● SQL query writing and database troubleshooting expertise.

● Proficient in SSO implementation and management.

● Log interpretation and issue resolution in Unix/Linux environments.

● Experience with SAP in hybrid technical-functional roles (good-to-have).

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Python for automation/data analysis, and support tools.

● Excellent client communication skills and enterprise support experience.

● Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
