is seeking to hire an Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO)
Job Objective:
Ensure the disciplined implementation of company-wide projects and programs, aligning them with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the ePMO framework in alignment with the company’s vision and strategic objectives.

Define project and program priorities based on returns and added value.

Coordinate with executive management to support strategic decision-making.

Establish monitoring dashboards and prepare periodic reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.

Prepare comprehensive analytical reports on the status of projects and programs.

Provide recommendations to executive management regarding strategic decisions related to projects.

Represent the company in relevant meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master’s degree (MPA) is an added advantage.
Professional Experience:
-
Minimum of 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in managing an ePMO or PMO at the corporate level.

Experience in real estate development or multi-investment environments is an added advantage.
Professional Certifications:
-
PMP or PMP certification (or equivalent) is required.

Certification in Portfolio Management (PPM) or Program Management is a plus.

Proficiency in enterprise project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar systems.
