Epoxy Floor Coating Installer

Looking for stability, growth and year-round work? PremierGarage of Madison is seeking a dedicated Floor Coating Installer.

Our installers work locally in the greater Madison area (no overnights). The typical settings are garages, basements, mechanical rooms and workshops in existing structures and new construction. You will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ spaces by applying high-quality floor coatings that meet our standards of excellence.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of residential and commercial environments while working with a passionate team and room for growth/advancement.

Experience is a plus but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate who has proven knowledge of concrete and construction. Pay starts at $20/hour (more with experience).

Job Requirements

• Daily start time 7 AM - Mon-Fri, occasional Saturdays
• Full-time (40+), Year-Round (No Layoffs)
• Valid WI Driver’s License
• Ability to drive small box truck
• Able to lift 50+ Lbs.

Job Duties

• Repair and prepare concrete surfaces as needed
• Install topical coatings per guidelines
• Install Vinyl Base as required per project
• Work in Residential and Commercial settings
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and with a team
• Use shop equipment and tools
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Customer communication as needed (process for installation)
