Epoxy Floor Installer (Entry-Level to Experienced)

Location: Williamsburg, Va. & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time | Mon.- Fri. | 7am-4pm (Saturdays may be required per business needs)

Compensation:

• Entry-Level (Willing to Train): Starting at $16/hour
• Experienced Installers: $18+/hour (based on experience)

Anthem Workforce Partners is seeking detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installers to join our client's growing team specializing in high-quality concrete coating systems. This role supports both residential and commercial flooring projects, including garages, industrial spaces, and decorative finishes.

We are open to entry-level candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn, as well as experienced installers looking to grow into lead roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanically grind and prepare concrete surfaces
• Repair cracks and surface imperfections
• Perform moisture testing and surface inspections
• Mix epoxy and polyaspartic coating systems to specification
• Broadcast polymer flakes for decorative finishes
• Apply basecoats and topcoats to required thickness and standards
• Monitor cure times and ensure proper application techniques
• Protect surrounding areas and maintain job site cleanliness
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of epoxy, coatings, construction, or related experience
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply (training provided)
• Experience with grinders and industrial tools is a plus
• Cabinetry and carpentry experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. regularly
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required)
• Reliable transportation to and from work (required)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in non-climate-controlled environments year-round.

• Strong attention to detail and detail-oriented mindset (required)
