Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is actively hiring Epoxy Flooring Installers / General Laborers for our growing Detroit/Troy market.
If you’ve worked in construction, flooring, roofing, painting, landscaping, concrete, warehouse, or general labor, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a growing skilled trade.
No epoxy flooring experience? No problem. We are willing to train hardworking, reliable people with strong work ethic and positive attitudes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Travel to job sites in company vehicles
- Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, patching, cleaning)
- Install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems
- Work with a team to complete primarily 1-day installs
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Load/unload materials and equipment
PAY & SCHEDULE
- $18–$30/hour depending on experience
- Typical earnings: $800–$2,000+/week
- 40–50 hours per week
- Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays as needed
- Overtime opportunities available
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Construction, flooring, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable driving trucks and trailers
- Reliable transportation to/from shop
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
