EPS Engineering Lead

Be the hands-on technical owner for core EPS services, integrations, and modernization work under the EPS lead.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain EPS APIs, event flows, and operational tooling.

Own complex changes across functional behavior, data contracts, observability, and supportability.

Lead difficult production problem solving, tech-debt reduction, and release hardening. Coach junior engineers and help institutionalize engineering patterns in the EPS stack.

Core Qualifications 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong service-development depth.

Solid skills in Java or equivalent backend languages, distributed systems, SQL, and cloud-native delivery.

Comfort with incident response, root-cause analysis, and high-transaction production environments.

Agentic / AI-Enabled Expectations Use AI-assisted code generation and review inside defined domain and security boundaries.

Apply agentic tools for log analysis, release notes, and KT acceleration.

Pair with QE and ESRE to turn repeated manual checks into reusable agentic workflows.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
