Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Equipment Coordinator to join our Ar Rayyan team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment availability, proper maintenance, and accurate tracking to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and confident in coordinating across teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the allocation, tracking, and utilization of company equipment
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and asset documentation
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to meet equipment needs
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement and servicing
• Ensure all equipment complies with safety and operational standards
• Monitor equipment condition and report faults or inefficiencies
• Prepare regular reports on equipment usage and status

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in equipment coordination, asset management, or logistics
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with inventory or asset management systems
• Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance practices
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
