description : Equipment Electrician

Maintenance and repair of vehicles , heavy equipment; installation and repair of electrical wiring and installations in the equipment, installation of circuit breakers , other electrical devices and wiring there in. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.

Correctly diagnose faults and in the shortest possible time on a variety of heavy equipment.

Read schematic diagrams and troubleshoot electrical fields.

Perform all diagnostics/repairs to the highest standards.

Be sure to perform a full functional test after the repairs are completed.

Create and maintain records of maintenance and prepare written reports as required.

Ensure that work practice complies with safety regulations and procedures.

Ensure that all preventive (electrical) maintenance work is performed as specified in the work area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Diploma or High School with equivalent years of experience.

enough knowledge in Surface exploration drill rigs ( DD and RC )

Good English communication skills (both oral and written).s
