Equipment Installer/Technical Support

Responsibilities:

*Assemble Equipment

· Install and set up equipment on various networks

· Monitor data collection programs

· Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures

Qualifications:

*Ability to push large printers (on wheels) up to 300lbs and carry desktop units up to 85lbs

· Knowledge of various operating systems a plus

· Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols a plus

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Strong customer service skills

· Clean DMV record

· Own reliable vehicle (we pay mileage)'
