Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and order spare parts and maintenance supplies as needed.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA).
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Work closely with quality assurance, production, and engineering teams to ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing.
• Ensure all tools and test equipment are calibrated and used per procedures.
• Support facility operations including HVAC systems, compressed air, purified water systems, etc.
• Assist in the installation, qualification, and validation of new equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ protocols).
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment (e.g., HVAC, cleanrooms, autoclaves, CNC machines, molding machines).

· Required Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

• Desired Skills and Experience:
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and cleanroom maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with preventive maintenance software (CMMS).
• Basic understanding of validation and calibration processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SOPs, and equipment manuals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
