Equipment Operator

Job Title: Experienced Equipment Operator- MUST BE ABLE TO READ GRADE

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating equipment such as skid steers and excavators and be comfortable working on construction or site development projects. MUST BE ABLE TO READ GRADE

Responsibilities:

· Safely operate equipment including skid steers and excavators

· Perform grading, digging, and material handling as required for job sites

· Read and understand grade stakes and site plans to ensure accurate work

· Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance issues

· Follow all job site safety procedures and comply policies

· Work effectively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:

· Proven experience operating skid steers and excavators

· Ability to read grade and follow site plans

· Valid drivers license with good driving record (required)

· CDL license is a plus

· Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment
