Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other construction machinery with precision and safety.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and project timelines effectively.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment operation hours, maintenance activities, and safety inspections.

Skills

• Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and cranes.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and efficiently.
• Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with site safety procedures and operational standards.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
