Location: Qatar

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Equipment Operator to operate and maintain heavy equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance checks before and after equipment use.
• Follow all safety regulations, operational procedures, and site instructions.
• Ensure proper handling of equipment under different weather and working conditions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of assigned equipment.
• Work effectively in fast-paced environments and meet operational deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Equipment Operator.
• Valid Qatar Driving License and Heavy Driving License for equipment operation.
• Third-party equipment operator certifications preferred.
• Good knowledge of equipment safety procedures and operational practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and extended hours if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Middle East experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to safety and operational efficiency.
