Paid Time Off (PTO): The City of Casper (City) recognizes that a period of leisure, or recreation, away from the job is beneficial. A new full-time employee will receive an advance of 80 PTO hours on their start date. Each general and sworn Police Officer full-time employee’s PTO accrual is limited to a total of 720 hours.

- General Employees - 7.69 bi-weekly hourly accrual (through year 4, then increases incrementally)
- Sworn Police Employees - 9.23 bi-weekly hourly accrual (through year 4, then increases incrementally)
Sworn Fire Employees: Vacation and disability accruals are listed in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.Fitness incentive time off program: Opportunity to earn additional paid time off by participating in the Police Department fitness testing program.
Tuition Reimbursement: Reimbursement % is based on grade level received. Includes books and some fees.
